The stay was okay, I guess, but I expected a bit more from a Sheraton. The pool area was crowded and didn’t feel especially clean, which was disappointing. The fitness room was usable, but the machines seemed old and there wasn’t much space to move around. It wasn’t terrible, but I’m not sure I’d call it impressive either.

The bathroom was clean and didn’t have any weird smells at all, which I definitely appreciated. That part was totally fine, but I’m still hoping they follow up and offer some kind of compensation for the overall experience

I stayed for one night and slept really well. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were nice too. The only thing is I kinda wish the blanket had been a little lighter, but overall it was a good stay...

The room was so clean and quiet I almost couldn’t believe it. The bed was ridiculously comfy, like I melted into it the second I lay down. The pillows were soft but still had enough support, which is basically a miracle in hotel rooms. I slept way better than I expected, and the air con worked perfectly too. Easy 5 stars for room comfort!

The room was clean, the bed was ridiculously comfy, and having breakfast included actually saved us a bit of money. For what we paid, it was way better than I thought it would be. Also, no random weird fees at checkout, which immediately made me like the place even more. I’d definitely book again if the same deal shows up.

The door was wide, there were grab bars, a shower chair, and the room was close to the elevator, which made a big difference. From my stay, it seemed like the place is maintained well and the team is on top of things.

The eggs, fruit, pastries, and coffee all tasted fresh, and the staff was on top of keeping everything refilled. I figured the omelet station would be the best part, it was. The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that after a couple mornings, it started to feel a little samey. Still, it was a nice way to start the day and definitely better than a lot of hotel breakfasts I’ve had

I stayed a few nights housekeeping was solid. The room was cleaned when they said it would be, towels were swapped out, and the trash was taken without me having to chase anyone down or call the front desk more than once, which sadly isn’t always a given. It sounds like a small thing, but it made the stay a lot easier. Everything felt handled without anyone being intrusive. I’d stay here again
